Diffusion

Our top chum Sheldon AKA Diffusion is back with us again this month and is serving up two of his videos...

" Not many dance acts produce visuals for their tracks however its something I have a go at every now and again.

'Wasted' is the track which opens up my last CD 'Words & Pictures' and it seemed an ideal candidate for some visuals.

The video is a trippy mix of groovy computer generated visuals intertwined with clips of me in my studio, I must warn you I am heavily 'filtered', I'm a very shy guy.

The live footage was recorded on a borrowed video camera and captured using Adobe Premiere on the Mac. The computer generated visuals were taken from the Video Creative Essentials CD range and the clips were sequenced over a day or so using Adobe Premiere.

Hope you like it"

Sheldon

Sheldon is currently busy lending his remixing skills to a couple of artists; Loophole a Bristol based dance act and alt rocker Toby Slater. One of his earlier remixes for Toby should hopefully be appearing on Tobys latest CD single.

Sheldon has also been lending some of his expertise to an up and coming group called Emmet who seamlessly mix dance grooves with live drums and guitars. He's going to be producing their live sets and hopefully be supporting them on a few live dates later this year. All this as well as working on material for his next album… sounds like a busy time for Diffusion.
